All Six Foot Faces
orders are printed and shipped directly from a production facility in Kentucky. This
allows premium quality prints with exceptional quality control and reliable, fast shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Production Time: 1-4 business days (most orders ship within 1-3 days)

  • Shipping Time: 2-5 business days within the US

  • International: Varies by destination

Production occurs 7 days a week, with only four holidays off per year (New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

What carriers do you use?

For US shipments, we use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. International orders are shipped via Passport Global for reliable worldwide delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

It's free in the US. Carrier rates apply to all international destinations.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of every Six Foot Faces product.


We offer replacements or refunds within 14 days for:


These issues:
- Printing errors (misprints, incorrect colors, printing defects).
- Products damaged during shipping.
- Lost orders that don't arrive after the expected delivery timeframe.
- Quality issues that don't meet our printing standards.


We cannot cover:
- Personal preference (not liking the final product when printed to our standards).
- Customer errors including (image selection, size selection, frame selection, paper selection).
- Orders still within the standard production and shipping timeframes.
- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received (we recommend checking with your local postal service).
- Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues.


How do I request a replacement or refund?
Contact us at support@sixfootfaces.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Include photos if the problem involves print quality or damage. We aim to respond within 24 hours and often much faster.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to make changes. After this time, your order enters production and cannot be modified.
